Our Citrus Salt has a base of Great Barrier Reef white rock salt, which has been carefully mixed in with dried lemon granules to create a zesty citrusy flavour.  

This is the perfect salt mix for your seafood and fish dishes, and is also great to use on salads and pastas.

All of our salts and salt mixes are 100% natural and no preservatives or additives have been incorporated into the mix.
